We get booked privately for braid appointments for all sorts of reasons. Sporting events, dance shows, gym comps, school residentials, holidays, birthdays, festivals - you name it!

If you’d like to book a braid, please get in touch with; a photo of what you’d like, when you’d like it done and your postcode and we’ll get back in touch once we’ve checked availability with the team.

We come to you. Prices start from £30 for Double Dutch braids. Travel charges may apply.

Our Braids and Glitter parties use our cute natural braids menu and start at £220 for up to 10 children.

You can add on: coloured ponytails, pops of coloured hair, Rumi braids and face gems and pay for what is used on the day.

Our Braids and Brushes party is £270 for a 60 minute braiding lesson and braids for 6 children. Age 10+

For larger groups of 12+ our braiders are £90ph. We can offer a fast mini-braid menu or coloured ponies. Min booking 2 hours. You may need more than one braider.

Are you part of a sports, dance or gym team with a big match, event or competition coming up?

We are used to braiding large numbers of athletes with different hair types to a deadline.

We have recently braided the England Red Roses for the 2025/26 Six Nations and the Rugby World Cup (they won!) as well as jobs for Chicago Bears, Nike X Chelsea FC, New York Jets, Runna App, Mighty Netball, SASA and Rugby Fest.

We can build a large team of our own. POA. Travel charges may apply.

Whether it’s a festival, match-day fanzone, corporate do, in-store activation, wedding or pop-up event, you can book a team of Braid Maidens to wow your guests with beautiful braids and make it entirely bespoke to your occasion’s needs.

2 hour minimum booking. Big teams available.

Clients have included; DHL, Runna App, NIke X Chelsea FC, New York Jets and Wendy’s as well as match day braiding in the Saracens, Gloucester Hartpury and Ealing Trailfinders Fanzones.

As our very own Braid Maiden Carly is also a pro hairstylist and MUA with a wealth of experience in film and TV, we have access to an incredibly impressive Little Black Book of talented MUAs and hair stylists that have worked with all skin tones and hair-types.

So if your shoot or event also requires a hair and make-up glam squad please do get in touch to discuss.

On Saturday 25th April 2026, 12 of us braided 130 runners in the mall at the o2. It was epic. The runners were incredible - so many great stories. And so many hugs!
